Facts and Consequences

Another view -- Jon Entine's case is compelling, and his article raises a fundamental question that has been largely lost in the bisphenol A debate.  The question is how to balance the need to feed the world by maintaining a safe food supply system with the desire to be cautious in protecting human health from chemical exposures that may pose harm.
