Formulation Services
In our 76,000 square foot, ISO 13485:2016 certified facility we have the necessary formulation vessels, mixing and filtration equipment, and manufacturing expertise to properly execute your existing product processes. We will interpret and convert your manufacturing processes into documents that comply with our quality system to ensure that the resulting product performs at a level that meets or exceeds your expectations.
Protein Purification Services

Lyophilization Services
Aalto Scientific has one of the largest lyophilization (freeze drying) facilities on the East Coast, and over 30 years of experience in the area of stabilizing labile solutions. If your formulation requires stabilization through lyophilization, you have come to the right place. Our outsized lyophilizers can save you money by providing you with larger lot sizes, thereby reducing your testing costs.
Filling / Capping / Labeling / Kit Assembly Services
Do you have a liquid product that needs to be filled, capped, labeled and kitted, but don’t currently have the high speed equipment to handle the job? Aalto is prepared to receive your bulk solution and dispense, cap and label it in a manufacturing environment that is certified to the EN13485:2016 standard, using properly validated equipment and protocols. We also have the proper storage and handling your solution may require, whether it is room temperature, refrigerated, frozen or 70°C.
