Kit for rapid screening and genotyping of Human Papillomavirus by Single-Step PCR and Reverse Line Blot. Allows identification of 40 HPV genotypes:HPV 6, 11, 16, 18, 26, 31, 33, 35, 39, 40, 42, 43, 44, 45, 51, 52, 53, 54, 55, 56, 58, 59, 61, 62, 64, 66, 67, 68 (68a e 68b), 69, 70, 71, 72, 73, 81, 82, 83, 84, 87, 89, 90. HPV genotypes not listed above are detected by the Universal HPV sequence.The PCR step employs the dUTP/UNG system for prevention of carry-over contamination.The strip contains a TST band that detects a fragment of the housekeeping gene TST, which is amplified in multiplex with the HPV sequences. This amplification control (internal control) allows the user to assess the quality of the DNA extract.

Determination kit of The Genetic Predisposition for Celiac Disease

This kit allows fast genotyping of the loci DQA1, DQB1 and DRB1. It allows to identify all haplotypes that are associated with a predisposition to Celiac Disease. The test is in accord with the joint recommendations of SIGU, AIC and AIBT. It also allows to identify homozygous DQB1*02 and determine the configuration of DQ2. Detection of Hepatitis C Virus (HCV) Kit

Kit for the detection of Hepatitis C virus (HCV) genotypes 1 to 7 and subtypes a and b of genotype 1 by reverse transcription, PCR and Reverse Line Blot of the 5’UTR and CORE region. The kit can accurately detect subtypes a and b of genotype 1, thanks to the use of dual targets: 5’UTR and CORE. The reverse transcription and amplification (One-Step RT-PCR) mix contains the dUTP/UNG system for the prevention of carry-over contamination. 20 subtypes can be detected, including those of genotype 6, and the interpretation of the results is easy and rapid thanks to the software HCV TYPE PLUS Strip Reader.
