The new generation of DiSiRt disinfection robots is designed to safely disinfect rooms where many people are present during the day. In these areas we are particularly exposed to SARS-COV2 infection, so it is important to disinfect these rooms, during breaks and at night. The first series of robots will be equipped with UV-C lamps of medical standard and sensors to identify people. We want to ensure the safety of people who may accidentally enter the room with maximum disinfection parameters. A replaceable battery will optimize the time of disinfection.

Prototype of surgical telemanipulation system with force feedback. It contains two robotic secondaries, driving two surgical tools. As input devices, two haptic interfaces are used. The system will serve young surgeons to learn how to manipulate in the field of robotic-assisted minimum invasive surgery.

In the frame of the project ReMeDi, a robot system is designed that features medical tele-examination of patients. Successful medical treatment depends on a timely and correct diagnosis, but the availability of doctors of various specializations is limited, especially in provincial hospitals or after regular working hours. Medical services performed remotely are emerging, yet current solutions are limited to merely teleconferencing and are insufficient.
