Patient History
Patient is a 40-year-old female with a history of type 2 diabetes. Patient presented to the Emergency Room with a diabetic foot ulcer and infection. The surgeon took the patient to the OR for debridement, drained the infection, and started antibiotics. The patient was treated with advanced modalities that included NPWT and a bioengineered skin substitute.

Patient History
Patient presented with a history of hypertension, hyperlipidemia, peripheral arterial disease, obesity, arterial fibrillation, and transient ischemic attack. Patient had total knee replacement surgery and developed a complication due to improper off-loading, developing pressure ulcer on the right heel. Patient was treated with collagen products and wet to dry dressings prior to Restrata.

Patient History
Patient is an 88-year-old female (post-BKA) who developed a large blister on the distal end of the stump within the first month post-op. It was treated with Kerlix and standard wound care at a LTCH. Three months later, the wound had a large area of eschar with purulent drainage. Patient taken to O/R for wound revision and primary closure with NPWT applied to the wound area. Wound treated with Restrata with no NPWT.

Patient History
Patient is a 54-year-old male who underwent surgery to remove implanted hardware and osteophytes following a calcaneal fracture repair. Post-operatively, the surgical incision dehisced. The resulting wound was open for a period of 4 weeks and was refractory to standard of care, wet-to-dry dressings, and an Unna boot. Patient was offered the option to be referred to a plastic surgeon for a possible flap but did not want further surgery.

Patient is a 35-year-old with obesity and venous insufficiency, status post-surgery for the repair of an ankle fracture. Surgical site dehisced and the patient was treated with Profore wraps, Unna boots, and standard wound care for two months.
