Tendon Fixation Devices

The CITRELOCK Tendon Fixation devices are intended for soft tissue reattachment procedures, i.e., fixation of ligament and tendon tissue in surgeries of the shoulder, elbow, foot/ankle, knee, and hand/wrist. The CITRELOCK Tendon Fixation device is comprised of CITREGEN®, Acuitive Technologies’ patented citrate-based polymer/bioceramic composite material, whose bioactive properties promote bony ingrowth at the implant site. The CITRELOCK design allows for the device to be tapped into the bone while fixating the tendon or ligament position. The multi-lead, high pitch design virtually eliminates screw thread revolutions, does not lacerate the tendon, and does not twist the tendon upon insertion. CITRELOCK Tendon Fixation Devices provide versatility, speed, security in tendon repair procedures, and are available in multiple sizes to accommodate proper fixation.

Tendon/Ligament Reconstruction Device

The CITRESPLINE is a simple, single piece design intended to protect tendons and ligaments during insertion with no need for sleeves or additional components, which mitigates tendon maceration. Tendon/Ligament Reconstruction Devices provide versatility speed, security in tendon and ligament repair procedures, and are available in multiple sizes to allow for maximum procedure versatility. The CITRESPLINE Tendon/Ligament Reconstruction Device is comprised of CITREGEN®, Acuitive Technologies` patented citrate-based polymer/bioceramic composite material, whose bioactive properties promote bony ingrowth at the implant site. The CITRESPLINE design allows for the device to be tapped into the bone while fixating the ligament or tendon position. The CITRESPLINE is designed for quad bundle techniques with longitudinal splines to distribute graft around the circumference of the implant.

Knotless Suture Anchor Devices

The CITREFIX Knotless Suture Anchor devices are intended to secure suture into bone for the purpose of soft tissue reattachment, i.e., fixation of ligament and tendon tissue in surgeries of the shoulder, elbow, foot/ankle, knee, and hand/wrist. The CITREFIX Knotless Suture Anchor is comprised of CITREGEN®, Acuitive Technologies’ patented citrate-based polymer/bioceramic composite material, whose bioactive properties promote bony ingrowth at the implant site. The CITREFIX Knotless suture anchors are designed to be tapped into place and enable the surgeon use of their preferred sutures. Providing versatility, speed, and security, CITREFIX Knotless Suture Anchors are available in multiple sizes to allow for maximum procedure versatility in knotless tendon repair.
