Real estate projects adding value to life

Akis REIT, one of Akkök Holding’s companies in the real estate sector, implements projects that improve the quality of life such as Akbati and Akasya shopping centers in the regions where it operates, and also has street retail projects on Bagdat Street. In addition to being the Commissioned Supply Company, it provides electricity supply services to approximately four million people in a wide range from large industrial establishments to commercial residences throughout the country.

Sakarya Elektrik Dagitim A.S. (SEDAS) provides energy distribution services to two million consumers in five different regional directorates in Sakarya, Kocaeli, Bolu, Düzce and Gebze and a total of 21 operation centers affiliated to these regional directorates. As of the end of 2022, the total amount of electricity distributed in SEDAS’s operating region covering East Marmara is 10.6 billion kWh.
