P12FR2 aptamer sodium is a 2'-fluoropyrimidine-modified RNA aptamer targeting human PAUF with an estimated apparent KD of 77 nM. The P12FR2 aptamer sodium inhibits PAUF-induced migration of PANC-1 (human pancreatic cancer cells) in a wound healing assay and suppresses tumor growth in a mouse CFPAC-1 pancreatic cancer model.
