HERADERM Wound Dressing Hydrogel is suitable for plastic surgery and general surgical wounds. It is an ultra thin dressing with high absorption rate, good ductility, waterproof and moisture permeability. It has a three layer structure: the inner layer is an A+ hydrogel absorbent layer, which helps the wound stay in a moisture balance environment.; the middle layer has unidirectional elastic fibers, and the long sides can stretch with the skin surface elastically; the outer layer is a polyurethane film (PU film) with a low sensitivity adhesive on the surface, which can fix the dressing on the skin. When the dressing fully absorbs the exudate, replace it with a new dressing in order to maintain an optimal environment for wound healing.
