Immunoblot against crude membrane fractions from whole mouse (MBM) or rat (RBM) brain and from human cerebral cortex [HBM(Cx)] or hippocampus [HBM(H)] and probed with K91/36 (left) or N52A/42 (right) TC supe.

Purified antibodies are prepared from high titer sera and tested by immunoprecipitation. These antibodies are provided as either a raw antisera or in ammonium sulfate (SAS) precipitated form to provide highly useful, highly specific, reagents at an affordable price.

Storage: Store at 4°C in the dark. Under these conditions, the antibodies should have a shelf life of at least 12 months (provided they remain sterile). For longer storage periods, dilute the antibodies with sterile glycerol and store at -20°C. Do not freeze these antibodies unless you want to store them for longer periods of time.
