Discovery - Minimally Invasive Cervical Interbody Fusion System
DISCOVERY™ is Aurora Spine`s modern, minimally invasive cervical interbody fusion system. Manufactured out of PEEK, each cage is precision coated with TiNANO®, Aurora Spine`s titanium plasma spray coating. Aurora Spine cages feature a self-distracting nose, as well as teeth on the inferior and superior surfaces to help prevent retropulsion and migration. Graft windows have been designed to maximize the space for bone materials to help promote integration and fusion. Cages are available in various footprints and heights to accomodate variations in patient anatomy. Interbody cages featuring TiNANO are designed to have a friction fit. The TiNANO coating will add approximately 0.25mm thickness to the overall height of the cage.
Apollo - Anterior Cervical Plate (ACP) System
The APOLLO Anterior Cervical Plate (ACP) system, featuring a sleek 1.9mm design, with Hyper-Angulation™ variability in the Cephalad-Caudal screw angulation of 32° - Freedom to Angulate™. The Apollo Anterior Cervical Plate system is comprised of cervical plates and bone screws constructed of titanium alloy as described by ASTM F136. Plates are available in multiple levels and lengths, and screws are available in multiple diameters, lengths, and tip configurations to accommodate variations in patient anatomy. The Integrated screw locking mechanism is used to block the screw heads after the device construct has been attached to the anterior cervical spine.

Zip - Model Ultra - Minimally Invasive Interlaminar Fixation Implant
The ZIP ULTRA® is Aurora Spine`s minimally invasive interlaminar fixation implant for spinal fusion and was developed as an alternative to pedicle screw fixation. The ZIP ULTRA implant is designed for stabilization and load sharing in T1-S1 thoracolumbar fusion procedures, specifically for the treatment of degenerative disease, lumbar spinal stenosis, spondylolisthesis, trauma, and/or tumor. The proprietary ZIP ONE-STEP™ locking mechanism eliminates the use of a set screw. Each ZIP ULTRA implant features a large barrel designed for ZIP Graft™ or other bone material. The ZIP ULTRA is designed in various sizes to accommodate variations in patient anatomy. The ZIP ULTRA features an articulating spike design to increase the potential for anatomical conformity with 12° of articulation.
Zip - Model LP - Minimally Invasive Interlaminar Fixation Implant
The ZIP LP™ is Aurora Spine`s slimmest minimally invasive interlaminar fixation implant for spinal fusion and was developed as an alternative to pedicle screw fixation. The ZIP LP implant is designed for stabilization and load sharing during T1-S1 thoracolumbar fusion procedures, specifically for the treatment of degenerative disc disease, lumbar spinal stenosis, spondylolisthesis, trauma, and/or tumor. The proprietary ZIP ONE-STEP™ locking mechanism eliminates the use of a set screw. Each ZIP LP implant features a large barrel designed for ZIP GRAFT™ or other bone material. The ZIP LP is designed in various sizes to accommodate variations in patient anatomy. The ZIP LP is designed with a plate width of 3.5mm.

The ZIP 51™ is Aurora Spine`s minimally invasive interlaminar fixation implant for spinal fusion and was developed as an alternative to pedicle screw fixation. The ZIP 51 implant is designed for stabilization and load sharing during T1 - S1 thoracolumbar fusion procedures, specifically for the treatment of degenerative disc disease, lumbar spinal stenosis, spondylolisthesis, trauma, and/or tumor. The proprietary ZIP ONE-STEP™ locking mechanism eliminates the use of a set screw. Each ZIP 51 implant features a large barrel designed for ZIP Graft™ or other bone material. The ZIP 51 is designed in various sizes to accommodate variations in patient anatomy. The flared lower spikes are designed to increase the possibility of greater bone purchase.

Zip Graft - MIS Interlaminar Fusion Systems
ZIP Graft is a cancellous allograft designed specifically for use with the ZIP® MIS Interlaminar Fusion Systems within the US. It is freeze-dried with a five-year shelf life. ZIP Graft is gamma-irradiated and packaged sterile for immediate use. All tissue and blood samples are tested for infectious diseases by CLIA Certified Labs. All of the testing and processing of donated tissue meets or exceeds all American Association of Tissue Banks (AATB) standards and FDA regulations. All allografts are terminally sterilized via low dose gamma irradiation with a Sterility Assurance Level (SAL) of 10-6. Available for US distribution only.
