Bayer has received notice that the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved an expanded label for Luna® fungicides permitting use on a larger group of fruit, nut and vegetable crops. On the heels of its A$45 million partnership with the Grains Research and Development Corporation (GRDC) to develop weed control solutions for farmers, Bayer CropScience has announced it is joining forces with The University of Western Australia (UWA) to combat herbicide resistant annual ryegrass.
