Tepha’s absorbable sutures made from TephaFLEX® material are designed to provide physicians and surgeons with an unparalleled combination of tensile strength and prolonged strength retention with improved flexibility in an absorbable monofilament suture. Tepha’s sutures are designed to be very smooth allowing them to slide through tissues easily and have knot strengths comparable to existing absorbable monofilament sutures.

The TephaFLEX composite mesh is comprised of a layer of the TephaFLEX knitted surgical mesh with a layer of TephaFLEX® film on one of its sides.
