AptaFluor HTS Assay Kits

AptaFluor - Methyltransferase Assay Kit

AptaFluor SAH Methyltransferase Assay directly measures SAH produced by methyltransferase enzymes during methylation. These enzymes methylate a variety of substrates using S-adenosylmethionine (SAM) as the methyl donor, leaving the common product S-adenosylhomocysteine (SAH). These SAH measurements allow researchers to effectively determine the activity of the methyltransferase enzyme. The assay provides a powerful tool to screen compound libraries for methyltransferase modulators to help find new therapies for disease. The kit comes complete with detection reagents required to measure activity. Methyltransferase enzyme is not included in the inhibitor screening assay kit.

Recombinant Enzymes

Recombinant cGAS Enzyme

Full-Length, Active, Human, Recombinant cGAS Enzyme. Active, full-length Human Cyclic GMP-AMP synthase enzyme, His-tagged protein expressed and purified from E.coli. The enzyme has been thoroughly validated with Transcreener cGAS Activity Assays. For specific activity, please refer to the Certificate of Analysis for each individual enzyme lot. Purity is >90% in a 20mM Tris 7.5, 200mM NaCl, 1mM DTT, 10% glycerol buffer composition. The enzyme is currently used in the Transcreener cGAS Activity Assay at 30 nM, which is 1.75 μg/mL (17.5 ng in 10 µL enzyme reaction volume in a 384-well format). Please adjust the enzyme concentration based on your requirements.

Recombinant Mouse cGAS Enzyme

Full-Length, Active, Mouse, Recombinant cGAS Enzyme. Active, full-length Mouse Cyclic GMP-AMP synthase enzyme, His-tagged protein expressed and purified from E.coli. The enzyme has been thoroughly validated with Transcreener cGAS Activity Assays. For specific activity, please refer to the Certificate of Analysis for each individual enzyme lot. Purity is >79% in a 10mM Tris 8.0, 50mM NaCl, 1mM TCEP, 10% glycerol buffer composition.

Transcreener® HTS Assays

Transcreener® ADP² - Kinase Assay Kits

Transcreener assays are competitive immunoassays in a mix-and-read format. Displacement of tracer from the ADP antibody causes a change in its fluorescence properties. Transcreener is the simplest, most direct method for measuring ADP formed during a kinase reaction. Since the introduction of the first product in 2006, Transcreener has been used in millions of wells for HTS and lead discovery.
