The Bristol-Plus surgical headlamp provides crystal-clear, consistent illumination and brightness across the entire field of view. With brightness up to 132,000 LUX at a 10”/25.4 cm working distance, the Bristol-Plus banishes shadows, eliminates eye strain, and improves visibility. And with improved occipital support and a lightweight design, the entire system is designed to achieve maximal comfort during long procedures — it almost feels like an extension of the body. With an extended battery life of up to 10 hours — even at the brightest setting — the Bristol-Plus will last for some of the longest and most strenuous procedures.

Our new high-intensity portable LED headlight system provides 5 levels of crisp illumination up to 60,000 LUX at 16″ (40cm) for 5-hours from a single battery charge. Its surgical quality optic has a fully adjustable iris that projects a 1-to-4-inch clean spot at a 16″ (40cm) working distance. With a unique 2-button On-Off intensity control designed into its battery holster and an ergonomic snap in – one twist connector, Daymark is easy to use and built to perform under rigorous use.

Unique to an LED portable of this size, Dover™ is built with robust features that will hold up to daily rigorous use. Its 5 levels of clear, bright-white illumination ranges from 8,000 LUX at 16″ (40cm) at 28 hours of operation to 30,000 LUX at 16″ (40cm) at 10 hours of operation from a single charge – unprecedented performance for an LED optic of this class. BFW’s new headlight with outstanding performance, fit and comfort. AtoN is the latest in fiber optic headlight technology, offering a clean, crisp spot from its advanced low profile design. AtoN fits all BFW light sources and will fit any fiber optic light source with an ACMI port. Its two-piece construction, allows AtoN to be cleaned both inside and out. It comes standard with our 10-foot Cobra Cable offering a virtually indestructible internal aluminum coil positioned at the lower half of the cable where it is most likely to sustain damage from heavy use and is available with our regular 7 or 10-foot fiber optic cables. AtoN  is available with our Classic Fiji  or Key West  “Bikini“ headbands. We offer interchangeable parts with the AtoN  and portable Daymark.

Tested and cleared for use with headlights, Hatteras™ is designed to perform when failure is not an option. Its robust and ergonomic features make for a powerful and dependable light source that sustains brightness and K color levels well beyond 10,000 hours, reducing costly bulb changes. Hatteras™ provides a unique standby feature: when a fiber optic cable is removed from the port, illumination stops – eliminating distracting light in the OR. Simply replace the cable in the proper port, press the standby keypad and Hatteras™ instantaneously illuminates. Its custom milled, 4-port stainless steel turret accepts BFW™/ACMI, Olympus, Storz and Wolf cables.
