Most people who have had an amputation and polio require physiotherapy to regain muscle strength and joint movement. The therapy may be part of the prosthesis fitment, to be administered either before or after the fitment or at both times. BMVSS has a well-equipped physiotherapy centre at its Jaipur headquarters with modern equipment and highly trained staff. The centre has state-of-the-art machines to improve strength and movement and reduce spasm and swelling.
