PureRegen Gel Otol dressing is a sterile, non-pyrogenic, transparent, viscoelastic, degradable and fragmental gel composed of cross-linked molecules of hyaluronan from non-animal sources, and used as otologic dressing or stent in patients after middle ear and external ear canal surgery. This dressing is prefilled in glass syringes with elastomeric cap, elastomeric plunger stopper and plastic plunger rod, and does not contain any medicinal, human or animal components. PureRegen Gel Otol leaves the site of placement by natural elimination.

PureRegen Gel Sinus dressing is a sterile, non-pyrogenic, transparent, viscoelastic, degradable and fragmental gel composed of cross-linked molecules of hyaluronan from non-animal sources, and used as nasal and sinus dressing or stent in patients after nasal and sinus surgery. This dressing is prefilled in glass syringes with elastomeric cap, elastomeric plunger stopper and plastic plunger rod, and does not contain any medicinal, human or animal components. PureRegen® Gel Sinus is removed from the application site by natural elimination; it may be aspirated from the site earlier at the discretion of the physician.

Abdonimo-pelvic surgical procedures are a frequent cause of adhesion formation, which may induce pelvic pain and/or infertility. These post-surgical adhesions are due to the formation of areas of contact, made of fibrous tissue, between adjacent internal organs. In order to prevent the formation of post-surgical adhesions it is recommended to use a product able to form a barrier against the contact between adjacent tissues, and to remain on the site of application for a period of time sufficient to avoid the formation of adhesion. HyaRegen Gel is a sterile, transparent and highly viscous gel.

MateRegen Gel is a sterile, non-pyrogenic, transparent, viscoelastic, degradable and fragmental gel composed of cross-linked molecules of hyaluronan from non-animal sources. This gel is prefilled in glass syringes with elastomeric cap, elastomeric plunger stopper and plastic plunger rod, and does not contain any medicinal, human or animal components. MateRegen Gel is used as degradable and fragmental adhesion barrier to prevent or reduce post-surgical adhesion formation in the intrauterine area.
