The Bodystat MDD works the same way as the Bodystat 1500, using 4 electrodes, the subject is lying down, and the measurement results are available within seconds. The MDD comes with body composition and hydration software for a full analysis of the subjects cellular health, nutrition status and overall fitness and health. Practitioners or clinicians are therefore able to give accurate assessment of a patient`s health and whether nutritional therapy or a wellness program is working in the correct way. The MDD gives additional insight into what is happening inside the body, in order for the practitioner to make the correct judgement on therapy, drugs and advice. it works by passing a safe battery generated signal through the body and measuring the impedance at two frequencies of 5 kHz and 50 kHz. Once the test has been performed the Display Options are shown within five seconds. 

The Bodystat 500 uses A electrodes to measure raw data at any segment of the body. This is independent to age, gender, height and weight, and therefore no input data is required. The measurement takes a second and results are available on screen.

The Multiscan is a spectroscopy (BIS) device to measure the Body Composition, Hydration & Volume of Fluid Overload in litres, particularly for Dialysis, Cachexia, Sarcopenia and Lymphoedema.

Four electrodes (Bodystat 0515) are placed in specific locations on the hand and foot The patient is ideally lying down for a couple of minutes to stabilise fluids. Attach the leads to each electrode, input data such as age, weight, height and gender into the hardware device (touch screen). The measurement takes one second and all results are immediately visible on a colour touch screen ready to print, view in an App or download into the software for analysis.

The Quadscan measures cellular health, nutritional status and fluid shifts in and out of the cells. This device is used extensively within ICU, oncology for lymphodema monitoring, diabetes & obesity and renal clinics, it has been a successful adjuct in the assessment of dry weight for dialysis patients.
