Worn or damaged instruments can usually be restored to serviceable use by our skilled instrument makers. Whether you are in need of reconditioning, sharpening or replacement of inserts, we can do it all. We offer this service on every surgical instrument we sell.

For your peace of mind, we offer a Repair or Exchange Program. When we receive your scope we investigate whether repair is possible or replacement is indicated for economical or safety reasons. You are contacted, a decision made and your endoscope is back on the way to you!

Most damaged scopes can be repaired by replacing broken parts and cleaning of the optical system. Our highly skilled repair technicians have been trained to thoroughly evaluate the damaged scope to pinpoint where the damage has occurred and what parts need to be repaired.
