Busse’s EpiGlide­ Tuohy needles are designed to provide premium quality, alongside a consistent and reliable feel when accessing the epidural space.  The 304 stainless steel stylets are hand-cut for a smooth fit that minimizes tissue coring and maximizes gliding.  Combined with an optimized tip profile and bevel angle, the feel during insertion is intensified.  The clear and ergonomic hub design gives the user a solid, comfortable grip while also offering a visualization of blood or CSF reflux.  Our hubs are color coded to easily denote gauge size with your convenience and satisfaction in mind.

Ultra-sharp and manufactured to the highest tolerances, the Busse Bone Marrow Biopsy Needle is designed to provide outstanding and consistent performance. With its substantial, easily gripped handle, our 11g x 4″ “J”-style needle provides the physician with greater torque than similar instruments. Combined with the ultra-sharp trocar tip on the stylet, Busse’s exclusive design offers much easier penetration of bone tissue. Once the stylet is withdrawn, the cannula tip presents four sharp, beveled planes with pointed serrations at their junctions, and produces tightly sheared marrow samples as the needle is advanced. A blunt sample extractor is provided for easy removal of sample. The handle allows for both Luer lock and Luer slip connections to accommodate either style of syringes.

Busse’s Amniocentesis trays are conveniently arranged and complete with all of the components necessary to safely sample amniotic fluid. These sterile, single-use trays improve efficiency by reducing preparation and clean-up time between procedures while also improving sterility safety.
