The wort aeration system OSS is an in-line system for the accurate and continuous aeration of wort. The full automatic system measures and controls the content of Oxygen. For the supersaturation of oxygen the dosing is controlled by the ratio of wort to air. The unit can be equipped with a complete air treatment like sterile filter, particle filter and oil-and water interceptors. Due to its compact and modular design, it can be easily integrated into any existing plant system.
