DES INSURANCE is intended for manual cleaning and disinfecting pre-cleaning of all thermostable and thermolabile medical instruments, including both rigid and flexible endoscopes. It has excellent cleaning properties with good material compatibility and can be used for disinfecting precleaning of all water-tolerant medical instruments before hot or chemical sterilization. DES INSURANCE effectively removes blood, proteins, secretions, fats and can be rinsed off quickly and completely. DES INSURANCE has bactericidal (incl. MRSA) and yeasticidal activity. The product is also active against enveloped viruses (incl. HBV, HIV, HCV).

CHEMIDES PULVER is a cleaning and disinfection agent for making high level disinfecting solution for reusable medical devices, surfaces and instruments (endoscopes, bronhoscopes, laparoscopes, intubation tubes, anesthesia devices). CHEMIDES PULVER is a hygroscopic powder which dissolves completely in water. During the dissolution active oxygen releases from powder and together with an activator theyform a peracetic acid which has very strong disinfectant properties. The powder is evironmentally safe as it decomposes into water and oxygen.
