Blackhawk - Model TI - Cervical Spacer System
The ChoiceSpine Blackhawk™ Ti Cervical Spacer System is a cervical spacer that has integrated anchors for anterior cervical spinal fusion. The single-step anchor deployment is designed to reduce surgical steps in the operating room. The implant is 3D printed with our proprietary BioBond™ technology and is available in two anatomical footprints. Blackhawk Ti features a cam-locking mechanism that provides visual and tactile confirmation of final locking. The Blackhawk Ti Cervical Spacer is intended to be used with supplemental fixation.
Choice Spine - Model TOMCAT - Stand-Alone Cervical Spinal System
The TOMCAT™ Cervical Spinal System is designed to stabilize the cervical vertebral column as an adjunct to fusion of vertebral bodies. The TOMCAT implant is made of PEEK-OPTIMA® HA Enhanced from Invibio, and the system provides an alternative to the traditional plate and screw anterior cervical fusion that involves placement of separate fixation and interbody devices. The combination of a cervical interbody and plate offers one dynamic solution.
Boomerang - Versatile Anterior Cervical Plate System
ChoiceSpine’s Boomerang is a versatile anterior cervical plate system designed to be simple and efficient for ACDF procedures. This 510 (k) cleared device has a low-profile designed to be minimally invasive and yields less overhang than traditional plates, and can be inserted simultaneously with cervical interbody implants such as Tiger Shark™ C and Stealth™, thus eliminating surgical steps and potentially reducing operating room time.
TigerShark - Model C - Revolutionizing Spinal Surgery Allograft
ChoiceSpine’s TigerShark™ C is revolutionizing spinal surgery for patients with degenerative disc disease (DDD). The Anterior Cervical Spacer System utilizes additively manufactured titanium to overcome limitations associated with PEEK and machine titanium. The intervertebral body fusion devices are stronger than other titanium implants, creating improved results for cervical spinal surgeons and potentially improving recovery times for DDD patients.
Blackbird - Model HLS - Titanium Hinged Laminoplasty System
The ChoiceSpine Blackbird™ Hinged Laminoplasty System (HLS) design eliminates fitting plates through trial and error bending, and allows the contralateral plate to be placed prior to elevating the lamina. The spacer is pre-tapped to provide a more secure plate connection over similar allograft, and the lamina contact ends are grit blasted for high performance grip. The Blackbird HLS system provides a comprehensive, innovative solution to laminoplasty.
Ambassador - Anterior Cervical Plate System
The Ambassador® Anterior Cervical Plate system is a versatile system of implants and instruments with a variety of sizes to provide optimal anatomic compatibility. The integrated cam restricts the motion of the screws and is designed to allow settling in the sagittal plane. Ambassador features a thin (1.9mm) and narrow (16mm at the widest point) plate profile. The system includes 4.0mm and 4.5mm color-coded screws, variable angle screws and fixed angle screws.

Harrier - Model SA - Stand-Alone, Screw-Based System
Harrier SA is a 3D printed titanium, stand-alone, screw-based system that incorporates ChoiceSpine’s proprietary BioBond™ porous structure technology designed for Anterior Lumbar lnterbody Fusion (ALIF). The system features four titanium, dual-threaded corticocancellous screws designed for lag purchase. The interbody is available in three anatomical footprints with multiple lordotic options with large graft windows. Harrier SA has an integrated cam-locking mechanism which provides visual and tactile locking confirmation. The Harrier SA System is indicated for stand-alone use. If additional fixation is desired, the system is compatible with our Raven™ Anterior Lumbar Plate System.
