The CMC 1000 is a compact benchtop crimp capping machine specifically designed for pharmaceutical applications involving aluminum crimp caps. This device is engineered to accommodate all aluminum cap styles, featuring a stainless steel exterior to align with pharmaceutical sterilization procedures. Operated via a two-hand control system, the machine simplifies the changeover to different cap sizes within minutes. The operator manually places the crimp cap onto the vial, which is then lifted automatically to the plunger to initiate the crimping process, facilitated by a pneumatic mechanism. The built-in pressure sensor allows for precise head pressure adjustments, and the cam-controlled crimping disc ensures accurate application. Designed for both standalone use in laboratories and integration with vial and bottle filling systems, the CMC 1000 supports up to 20 vials per minute, with a size range accommodating diameters of up to 55 mm and heights up to 150 mm. Weighing approximately 30 kg and measuring 470 x 250 x 500 mm, it offers a small footprint and efficient operation.

The CSS1041 Plunger Insertion Machine is engineered to automate the syringe stoppering process, a critical stage in sterile pharmaceutical packaging. Operators manually place syringe stoppers onto a linear vibration track with the product contacting surface positioned upwards. This mechanism uses vibrations to guide stoppers automatically to the transfer station. Syringes are arranged one by one into a clip in the process area. Activation of a two-hand safety trigger initiates the stoppering process, where the transfer tool moves the stopper from the track into the insertion tube. As the insertion tube and rod descend to a predefined position, the stopper is accurately inserted into the syringe, sealing slightly above the fill level upon retraction of the insertion tube. Designed for versatility, the machine accommodates syringes ranging from 0.5 to 10 ml and can process up to 15 units per minute. Constructed from stainless steel and plastics, the machine features a modern design, servo motor drive, PLC controls, and a touch screen HMI, ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical sterilization standards.
