The Compressed Medical Air Plant provides a complete solution to centralised supply of medical air to hospitals. The Medical Air Plant is supplied as a package pre-wired, piped and tested in the factory prior to shipping. Models are available with multiple compressor and pressure vessel combinations, with overall layout configuration modified to suit irregular size and shaped plant rooms.

The Medical Vacuum Plant provides a total solution to the centralized supply of Medical Vacuum to the hospital or medical laboratory. The unit is supplied as a complete package or modular plant, fully factory tested prior to shipping. The plant is available in a standard layout or can be tailored to meet site or customer specified requirements.

The Dental Vacuum Plant provides a total solution to the centralised supply of Dental Vacuum from a small 1 chair Dental Clinic, to major Dental Teaching Hospitals. Our Dental Vacuum Plants are bespoke, made to suit any size from a small 1 chair Dental Clinic, to major Dental Teaching Hospitals. We can configure plants to suit differently sized and shaped plant rooms.

The manifold system comes as either an automatic manifold, manual manifold or emergency standby manifold (ESM).  Cylinder connections can then either be British Standard, CGA or bullnose. Also available as a high flow manifold.  Get in touch with the team for more details on the options available.

The unit is designed to be either surface mounted to eliminate builders works or flush mounted into recessed or studded walls. The unit is connected directly to the medical gas mains pipe-work using copper tail pieces supplied as part of the whole assembly. Each valve is supplied with a blank spade which can be fitted in place of a through spade to form a physical barrier for engineering work to be carried out up or down stream of the valve.

The Bed Head Unit incorporates strong design features and high quality construction, with simple and unobtrusive appearance. The user can clearly identify the main parts and their functions, in normal use and during emergency situations. The unit is designed to be surface mounted without protruding into the clinical area, whilst putting services within easy reach of staff.  This also effectively eliminates builders’ works.

The Connect Medical Systems Medical Gas Hoses are suitable for installation into piped medical gas installations or laboratory environment. It includes gas specific NIST connectors to make connections to Medical Gas Outlet Points in use in ceiling pendants.

Our Vacuum Suction controller comes complete with a 1 litre collection jar and gas specific connection probe to BS 5682 and only attaches to the corresponding terminal unit.
