Model AMYL-XTP+ - Alpha-Amylase with Enhanced Thermostability and Thermostable Protease

Solubilize more starch and optimize yield with our latest line of alpha amylases with enhanced thermostability. The key enzyme activity in AMYL-XTP+ is provided by a thermostable endo-amylase that hydrolyzes (1,4)-alpha-D-glucosidic linkages in starch polysaccharides. Highly effective at operating temperatures even up to 200°F, AMYL-XTP+ expands the possibilities of process optimization to reach your production goals. This activity is supplemented with a thermostable protease to deliver potentially increased corn oil, reduced nitrogen inputs, and robust fermentations. Additional benefits are possible when used in combination with FP Elite protease.

Fermentation & Saccharification

Model Strive SR - Innovative Sustained Response Multi-Component Glucoamylase

Innovative Sustained Response multi-component glucoamylase molecule for robust dextrin and starch conversion, while providing yeast-friendly kinetics and potential for all-upfront application. It effectively hydrolyzes (1,4)-alpha-D-glucosidic bonds at the non-reducing ends of starch polysaccharides and (1,6)-alpha-D-glucosidic branches. The product performance can be further enhanced by the addition of protease, fungal alpha-amylase and cellulase components.

Model Strive MAX - Glucoamylase Blended with Trehalase To Convert Unfermentable Trehalose To Glucose

Supplemented with a trehalase, it completely hydrolyzes trehalose into fermentable glucose for improved yield. The product performance can be further enhanced by the addition of protease, fungal alpha-amylase and cellulase components.

Specialty Enzymes

Model FP Elite - Fermentation Protease To Release Yeast-Preferred Amino Acid Nitrogen

FP Elite is an advanced protease enzyme that hydrolyzes various peptide bonds to provide yeast nutrients in the form of amino acids and peptides. By breaking down structural proteins, it may also improve access to protein-bound starch and lipids, liberating starch and oil for potentially improved ethanol and oil yield.
