Eargo devices owe a lot of their comfort and fit to Flexi Fibers, and now you can replace them whenever you need to. A package contains six additional silicone Flexi Fibers. Each can be used on either right or left side device. Select size Regular or Large.

If you’d like a bit more volume, you may want to give our Flexi Domes a try. They provide a fuller sound quality and can even help decrease potential whistling (or feedback). They provide a bit more amplification in the mid-frequencies, which are so important for speech understanding.
