Antibodies- FCM Antibodies
Elabscience - Anti-Mouse CD3 Antibody
CD3, also known as T3, is a member of the Ig superfamily and primarily expressed on T cells, NK-T cells, and at different levels on thymocytes during T cell differentiation. CD3 is composed of CD3ε, δ, γ and ζ chains. It forms a TCR complex by associating with TCR α/β or γ/δ chains. CD3 plays a critical role in TCR signal transduction, T cell activation, and antigen recognition by binding the peptide/MHC antigen complex. Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis. The amount of the reagent is suggested to be used 5 μL of antibody per test (million cells in 100 μL staining volume or per 100 μL of whole blood). Please check your vial before the experiment. Since applications vary, the appropriate dilutions must be determined for individual use.
Cancer Research Antibodies
Elabscience - Polyclonal Antibody
In order to facilitate the operation and ensure the accuracy of WB results, the Western Blot Detection kit (Cat# E-IR-R304) is now available, containing the reagents which are needed from sample preparation to result detection. Please order the appropriate kit according to your specific needs.
Coronavirus Test Kits
Elabscience - COVID-19 IgG/IgM Rapid Test
COVID-19 (Corona Virus Disease) is an infectious disease caused by the most recently discovered coronavirus. COVID-19 IgG/IgM Rapid Test ( Serum/Plasma/Whole Blood) is a rapid chromatographic immunoassay for the qualitative of IgG and IgM antibodies to COVID-19 in human serum, plasma or whole blood.

Elabscience - Western Blot(WB) Related Reagents
Western Blot (WB) is one of the most conventional biological experiments. SDS-PAGE gel is used to transfer the separated proteins to the membrane (such as PVDF membrane). Then, the target protein is detected by the specific antibody that recognizes the target protein, and the specific antibody is recognized by the labeled second antibody. The technique is widely used to detect the expression of target protein level.
