Guide Wires

endox - Nitinol-Core, PTFE-Coat, Radiopaque Flexible Tip

The guide-wire exists of a NiTi core wire, covered by an extruded PU coating or by a shrunk PTFE tube. The surface exhibits hydrophilic (hydrophobic) attributes. PU-extruded wires are well visible using X-rays over their whole length. PTFE coated wires have 5 cm long points visible under X-rays

endox - Nitiniol Corewire, PTFE Jacket, X-ray Visible High Flexible PU-Tip

This guidewire has a Nitinol corewire with a PTFE jacket. The surface is hodrophobic. The X-ray visible PU-tip is highly flexible in a length of 5 cm. The guidewire is available inseveral lengths and diameters.

endox - Nitinol Corewire, PTFE Jacket, X-ray Visible Flexible Tip, X-ray Markers

This guidewire has a Nitinol corewire with a PTFE jacket. The surface is hydrophobic. The X-ray visible flexible tip is 5 cm - optionally with high flexible PU-tip. Platinum markers are set in a distance of 1 cm. The guidewire is available in several lengths and diameters.

Snares and Resection Instruments

ENDOx - Polypectomy Snare

With the en-bloc removal of polyps or lesions the speed of the cut is vital to ensure the blood vessels are successfully sealed. The slower the cut is made, the more effective it is. However, if it is done too slowly, the organ wall can be thermally damaged. The ENDOx polypectomy snare takes a new approach. One half of the symmetrically opening snare is electrically insulated and the other half is HF-surgically inactive. The first cut and the cutting phase are therefore extra effective. The low use of HF electricity minimises both thermal damage to the muscular layer and serous membrane as well as thermal artefacts.

endox - Flat Adenoma Resection Instrument

The „Flat Adenoma Resection Instrument (FARIn)“ was developed to treat especially large polyp-like and flat lesions > 2 cm bis ca. 4 cm en bloc near the muscularis propria and with low mechanical and thermal artifacts in a short time (pure resection time without marking, re-injection and cutting, < 1 min.) to be able to resect.

Stone Extractor Baskets

endox - Nitinol Stone Extractor Baskets

Basket; 4 or rather 6 wires of Nitinol brought together into a twisted top of stainless steel.

endox - Tipless Nitinol Stone Extractor

The tipless stone extractor has 4 Nitinol wires. The nitinol pullwire is covered by a Polyimide sheath and connected to a 3-finger handle which can open, close and rotate the basket. The stone extractor is available in sizes 1.9 to 3.0 French.

endox - Steinless Steel Stonecatcher

On the new Niro-Stone extractor basket are all transitions soldered, which guarantees a durable and firm connection, which makes the Basket lithotripsy capable.

Miscellaneous

endox - Dispenser

The Dispenser is assembled and delivered aseptically packed. Upon request with your logo as a sticker or as a pad printing. It consists of two halves rotatable relative to each other. For defined and safe use a stopper is provided before the outlet aperture, which can also be used at the same time for attaching a clipper for suspending, e. g. around the neck.

endox - Cannula Tubes / Hypotubes

Ø - diameter of the tube in mm (standard 0.3 to 2.0; others on request). tw - wall thickness in mm (from 0.05). x - coatings. U - uncoated.
P - PTFE. l - length (individually on request).
