SmallAir™ is an in vitro cell model of the human small airway epithelium cultured at the air liquid interface.

Epithelix is offering primary Human Airway Epithelial Cells, passage 1, isolated from biopsies : Nasal (hAECN); Tracheal (hAECT); Bronchial (hAECB). hAECB, hAECT and hAECN are commonly used for in vitro studies related with pulmonary diseases and chemical testing. They are now a standard for research on asthma, COPD, cancer, cystic fibrosis, bacterial and viral infections. These cells are also a useful tool for the screening, testing and validation of drugs candidates.

Epithelix is offering primary Human Small Airway Epithelial Cells (hSAEC), passage 1, isolated from biopsies. They are commonly used for in vitro studies related with pulmonary diseases and chemical testing. They are now a standard for research on asthma, COPD, cancer, cystic fibrosis, bacterial and viral infections. These cells are also a useful tool for the screening, testing and validation of drugs candidates.

Epithelix is offering primary Human Pulmonary Fibroblasts, low passage, isolated from biopsies.

Epithelix is offering primary Human Alveolar Pneumocytes, low passage, isolated from biopsies. Alveolar pneumocytes are commonly used for in vitro studies related with pulmonary diseases and chemical testing.

Epithelix offers a panel of product extracts from Tissues (MucilAir™/SmallAir™) and Primary Human Cells (hAECN, hAECT, hAECB, pneumocytes and Pulmonary Fibroblasts). Extracts from several pathologies are available:

Available in 125 or 500 mL. Ready-to-use, serum-free, chemically defined. Contains growth factors and Phenol Red. Supplemented by default with antibiotics (Penicillin/Streptomycin).
