The GTI Automatic Door Spray Washer (G-A2-1-AWD520) is designed to meet the stringent demands of hospital environments, providing efficient washing and disinfection of surgical instruments, medical trays, anesthesia equipment, and more in CSSD and operating rooms. It offers a significant reduction in labor through its advanced automation features, including dual automatic vertical sliding doors and PLC-controlled cycle processes displayed on a touch screen. These features enable comprehensive monitoring of temperature, pressure, and process stages. With a superb chamber design that optimizes drainage and conserves water, the washer reduces operation time by about a third and includes energy-saving elements such as pre-heated water tanks and specialized heating systems. Additionally, it supports up to 11 preset and 21 customizable programs, accommodating a variety of sterilization needs. Its ergonomic design enhances ease of loading and unloading, further boosting operational efficiency and user convenience.

The G-A2-1-AWD320 is a cost-effective manual door spray washer designed by Galbino to meet the needs of smaller hospitals and institutions. It matches the performance and washing efficacy of the G-A2-1-AWD520 model. Key applications include disinfection of surgical instruments, wares, medical trays, anesthesia tools, and corrugated hoses in hospital central sterile supply departments (CSSD) or operating rooms. It features a double pull-down door design, offering a convenient working platform for load handling. The interlocked doors provide self-lock functionality. Enhanced visibility and safety during operations are ensured through a triple-layered tempered glass window. The washer uses an LCD screen for process monitoring, and a Siemens PLC for intelligent operation and control. Users can select from 11 preset programs and create 15 customized ones. It accommodates 12 DIN trays per cycle with operating parameters like a disinfection temperature of 80-93°C and adjustable cycle times, offering reliable and efficient performance.
