GenoExplorer - microRNA Array Probe Set
GenoExplorer™ microRNA probe set provides specific and functionally validated miRNA probes for microarrays. Probes were designed based on the full miRNA sequences, computed with their lengths, Tm, and secondary structure. The probes are amine-modified oligonucleotides and they are ideally suited for most types of slide chemical substrates (eg. epoxy, aldehyde and NHS ester). The probe set contains both mature and precursor miRNA sequences as well as multiple positive and negative controls.
