Our Instrumentation Package facilitates measurement, recording, storing, analysis and printing of pre-compression force, compression force, ejection force, machine speed, dwell time, etc. The Tablet Press Data Acquisition (DAQ) system is designed for detailed evaluation of the compression process. The system utilizes National Instruments (NI) hardware and software. The software system is programmed using LabView. The use of LabView programming language allows for the future expansion of system capabilities.

The VersaPress is our highest compression table-top rotary tablet press with three different turret options including 5-stations of B & D on the same turret. Our new Table-top Rotary Tablet Press which can be supplied with 15 station turret suitable for use with B tooling, 12 station turret suitable for use with D tooling or a turret with 7 stations for B tooling and 7 stations for D tooling. It is our highest compression rotary tablet press.
