The OPTI Medical Systems Opti CCA-TS Blood Gas and Electorolyte Analyzer also known as Osmetech OPTI CCA is a powerful and flexible laboratory instrument. This compact bench-top system provides accurate results in every use. This microprocessor-based instrument is highly capable of measuring optical fluorescence from discrete sensors called optical electrodes or optodes. A disposable, single-use cassette contains all elements necessary for calibration, sample measurement and waste containment. Specific calibration information from the cassette is read into the analyzer by swiping the cassette package through the bar-code reader.

The OPTI Medical Systems OPTI CCA Blood Gas and Electrolyte Analyzer utilizes optical technology that has been used in OPTI analyzers for 13 years. This technology does not use electrodes or contact points, eliminating the need for costly electrode maintenance. The OPTI Medical Systems OPTI® CCA Blood Gas and Electrolyte Analyzer shares all the features of the OPTI Medical Systems OPTI CCA TS Blood Gas and Electrolyte Analyzer but does not have a touch screen.
