HyProCure - Sinus Tarsi Stent
The next generation is here! HyProCure II is an FDA cleared, patented, sinus tarsi stent that was created after more than 10 years of development. It’s design is based after our most successful sinus tarsi implant to date. There are several new unique features that have been added to improve trial sizing and final placement of the stent. The instrument set was also redeveloped to be more ergonomic. HyProCure II’s new innovative design will lead to an even greater success rate!
HyProCure - Dynamic Stabilization Device
GraMedica’s premier product, HyProCure is a minimally invasive, dynamic stabilization device (stent) intended to treat hyperpronation (Talotarsal Displacement), an excessive inward rotation of the foot that occurs when the talus (ankle bone) and the calcaneus (heel bone) slip out of alignment.
Opti-Toe - Lesser Toes Device
The opti-Toec device is indicated for reconstruction of the lesser toes following correction procedures for hammertoe, claw toe, and mallet toe. The GraMedica opti-Toe components are to be cemented in place and assembled for reconstruction of the toe. Patients should protect weight-bearing or heal bearing until healing has occurred.

The osteo-WEDGE® Open Wedge Bone Locking System fixes the deformity at its foundation. With osteo-WEDGE® foot surgeons have a new option for permanent correction, without the limitations of other methods. The osteo-WEDGE® system consists of a six-hole locking plate with or without a center wedge. This system provides a superior treatment option for arthrodesis of the first metatarsocuneiform joint. The dorsomedially placed plate has the optimal length and width to provide maximum stability at the arthrodesis site, resisting biomechanical forces.

Our dynamic foot models allows the illustration of normal and abnormal talocalcaneal, and or talotarsal joint motion. They have an attached HyProCure® stent, to show where it is inserted into the sinus tarsi.
GraMedica - General Forceps
These Foot Implant Forceps provides surgeons with the ability to grasp and extricate any titanium extra-osseous stent. These forceps minimize tissue handling and can assist in the removal of other implanted materials such as k-wires, screws or pins. The handle is ergonomically shaped with a roughened exterior surface to enhance the extraction process.
