Various specifications are offered, which comply with ISO 1127 or ASTM A312 standards, including welding ends for stainless steel pipes. It can operate effectively in temperatures ranging from -196°C to +120°C. The valve's architecture includes a PTFE/electrocarbon seal, aluminum alloy handwheel, graphite/PTFE stuffing box packing, and other quality materials such as DIN EN and ASTM-compliant stainless steel and bronze components. Optional custom designs include extended heights up to 900mm, throttle cones, and additional pipe wall thicknesses available upon request. The Type 09340 cryogenic shut-off valve is a specialized valve designed for use in low-temperature applications, suitable for air gases, vapors, and cryogenic liquefied gases, including LNG. It features a stainless steel body with a bolted bonnet, ensuring tight sealing in the flow direction. The valve operates at pressures ranging from 5 to 50 bar with leakage rate A according to DIN EN 12266, and 0.7 to 4.9 bar with leakage rate B. The valve can withstand operating temperatures from -196°C to +120°C. Constructed from high-quality materials, such as stainless steel grades A 351 CF8 and A 276 Grade 304, the valve includes PTFE and Electrocarbon (25%) seals. It also offers customization options for fitting different pipe wall thicknesses. The valve is compliant with standards ISO 1127 or ASTM A312, and its application scope covers a variety of industrial uses where oil and grease-free oxygen service is required.
