HEROSE - Cryogenic Right Angle Valve for Low-Temperature Applications

The Type 01322 is a cryogenic right angle valve designed for low-temperature applications, specifically suitable for air gases, vapors, and cryogenic liquefied gases, including LNG. Constructed with a stainless steel body and a bronze upper part, it features a 'live loaded' spindle seal and is oil and grease-free for oxygen service. Various specifications are offered, which comply with ISO 1127 or ASTM A312 standards, including welding ends for stainless steel pipes. It can operate effectively in temperatures ranging from -196°C to +120°C. The valve's architecture includes a PTFE/electrocarbon seal, aluminum alloy handwheel, graphite/PTFE stuffing box packing, and other quality materials such as DIN EN and ASTM-compliant stainless steel and bronze components. Optional custom designs include extended heights up to 900mm, throttle cones, and additional pipe wall thicknesses available upon request. The valve is a viable solution for industries requiring strict temperature control and robust, reliable isolation capabilities.

The Type 07003 Cryogenic Filling Module is designed for use with liquid and gaseous media, including LNG, and it operates effectively in a temperature range from -196°C (77K) to +120°C (393K). The module's housing and flanged upper part are constructed from bronze, ensuring durability and resistance in cryogenic applications. Featuring a check valve function at the filling connection and a live-loaded spindle seal, it is oil and grease-free to accommodate oxygen use. It integrates internally threaded connections conforming to ISO 7-Rc standard and includes two stainless steel pipes soldered according to ASTM A312 for outflow. The check valve assembly employs a metal-to-metal sealing mechanism classified under leakage rate D as per EN12266-1. Special configurations, such as stainless steel pipes soldered according to ISO 1127 and integrated filters, are available upon request, enhancing its versatility. The robust materials used are classified under both DIN EN and ASTM standards, meeting stringent technical specifications.

The Type 09340 cryogenic shut-off valve is a specialized valve designed for use in low-temperature applications, suitable for air gases, vapors, and cryogenic liquefied gases, including LNG. It features a stainless steel body with a bolted bonnet, ensuring tight sealing in the flow direction. The valve operates at pressures ranging from 5 to 50 bar with leakage rate A according to DIN EN 12266, and 0.7 to 4.9 bar with leakage rate B. The valve can withstand operating temperatures from -196°C to +120°C. Constructed from high-quality materials, such as stainless steel grades A 351 CF8 and A 276 Grade 304, the valve includes PTFE and Electrocarbon (25%) seals. It also offers customization options for fitting different pipe wall thicknesses. The valve is compliant with standards ISO 1127 or ASTM A312, and its application scope covers a variety of industrial uses where oil and grease-free oxygen service is required.
