The Sypro linear bulk product conveyor is designed to efficiently transport products from a stainless steel bulk hopper to a specialized format tray. This system incorporates a vibratory linear conveyor that ensures a steady flow of products, which is critical for maintaining consistent operations in high-demand environments. HMH Systems offers two variations of the conveyor: one with a breakage elimination feature and one without. The model with breakage elimination employs two sequential conveyors. The initial conveyor delivers a single-layer flow of tablets to the second, where the products are evenly distributed over a perforated plate. This design removes most broken fragments, which fall into a dedicated breakage container, ensuring a reduction in processing interruptions. As a result, the system enhances the overall productivity by minimizing the chances of breakage-induced disruptions.

Sypro Custom Designed Format Parts are essential components in the Sypro feeder system, tailored specifically for individual product and blister layouts. These parts can accommodate both mono-blister and multi-phase blister designs, adapting to various packaging needs. The process begins with products being loaded into a Sypro® format tray via a feed chute, monitored by a proximity switch that ensures optimal filling. The tray's lifting mechanism positions the products upright, guiding them into filling tubes. Silicone pins within these tubes facilitate product separation, allowing products to move efficiently through channels into blister cavities. The coordinated movement of pins ensures precise product placement, enhancing packing reliability.
