Western blot analysis of GARS on Raji cell lysates. Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% BSA in PBS for 1 hour at room temperature. The primary antibody (ET1610-67, 1/500) was used in 5% BSA at room temperature for 2 hours. Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG - HRP Secondary Antibody (HA1001) at 1:40,000 dilution was used for 1 hour at room temperature.

Western blot analysis on different cell lysates using anti-LMNB2 rabbit polyclonal antibodies.  Polyclonal antibodies (PAbs) are a mixture of antibodies that are secreted by different B cell lineages. These antibodies are actually a collection of immunoglobulin molecules that react against a specific antigen, each identifying a different epitope on an antigen.

ER1803-86 was shown to specifically react with MSH2 in wild-type SCC7 cells. No band was observed when MSH2 knockout samples were tested. Wild-type and MSH2 knockout samples were subjected to SDS-PAGE. Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% NFDM in TBST for 1 hour at room temperature. The primary Anti-MSH2 antibody (ER1803-86, 1/1,000) and Anti-HSP90 antibody (ET1605-56, 1/10,000) were used in 5% BSA at room temperature for 2 hours. Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) Secondary Antibody (HA1001) at 1:200,000 dilution was used for 1 hour at room temperature.  This substance/mixture is not considered hazardous by the 2012 OSHA Hazard Communication Standard (29 CFR 1910.1200).

Western blot analysis of Claudin18 on 293T cell lysates. Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% BSA in PBS for 1 hour at room temperature. The primary antibody (HA500131, 1/1,000) was used in 5% BSA at room temperature for 2 hours. Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG - HRP Secondary Antibody (HA1001) at 1:200,000 dilution was used for 1 hour at room temperature.

Western blot analysis of Cytokeratin 13 on human skin tissue lysate using anti-Cytokeratin 13 antibody at 1/1,000 dilution.

Western blot analysis of Cytokeratin 17 on SiHa cell lysate. Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% BSA in PBS for 1 hour at room temperature. The primary antibody was used at a 1:2,000 dilution in 5% BSA at room temperature for 2 hours. Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG - HRP Secondary Antibody (HA1001) at 1:5,000 dilution was used for 1 hour at room temperature.

ICC staining of PRMT1 in D3 cells (red). Formalin fixed cells were permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100 in TBS for 10 minutes at room temperature and blocked with 1% Blocker BSA for 15 minutes at room temperature. Cells were probed with the primary antibody (ET1704-19, 1/50) for 1 hour at room temperature, washed with PBS. Alexa Fluor®594 Goat anti-Rabbit IgG was used as the secondary antibody at 1/1,000 dilution. The nuclear counter stain is DAPI (blue).

The primary antibody (ET1609-67, 1/500) was used in 5% BSA at room temperature for 2 hours.
