The innovative body-jet® eco has been designed for the precise and gentle removal of small fat tissue volumes that may be used for subsequent autologous fat transfer. A pulsating water-jet combined with a tissue-sparing, defi ned vacuum allows harvesting intact and highly viable fat cells from the subcutaneous fat tissue in a gentle way. The gentle water-jet technology helps to avoid side effects that may develop in the donor area as a result of a “dry”, manual liposuction, as well as damages to the fat cells often resulting from a too- high syringe vacuum.

The well proven and reliable body-jet® uses the gentle power of water for body contouring. Using the body-jet®, liposuction is performed in a safe, effective and easy way. Unlike conventional liposuction methods, during the water-jet assisted liposuction (WAL) and the water-jet assisted fat transfer, the fat is gently detached from the tissue structure by means of a flat, fan-shaped water-jet and may be aspirated at the same time. The surrounding connective tissue, nerves and blood vessels remain much less traumatised. The WAL allows for excellent aesthetic results, the risks remain minimal and the healing process is fast.

The only system for harvesting regenerative cells (SVF) that can be used at the point-of-care. The new compact Q-graft system for the intraoperative separation and collection of regenerative cells (stromal vascular fraction/ SVF) from adipose tissue will support and enhance the research and clinical application of SVF cells for many therapeutic indications. Unlike other methods, the Q-graft system stays on the sterile instrument table in the OR throughout the treatment and thus at the point-of-care.

The FillerCollector® is an advanced system for harvesting small to medium amounts of fat. The reusable FillerCollector® is a fast, simple and fat-sparing system that works without the need of extra filters. The unique design permits the continuous separation of the fat from the irrigation fluid and does not require the use of a centrifuge, or other treatment to prepare the adipose tissue for grafting. When using the FillerCollector® together with the water-jet assisted liposuction method (WAL), micro fat droplets of high quality can be harvested and, at the same time, adverse effects caused by exposure of the fat to the tumescent fluid and unnecessary handling are reduced. This gentle method significantly improves the chance of long-term survival of the grafted fat cells.

The LipoCollector® 3 is an advanced system for harvesting medium to large amounts of fat cells. The most recent innovation of the LipoCollector® series stands out due to its particularly easy handling. As a gentle and efficient instrument, the LipoCollector® is ideal for the autologous fat transfer of medium and large volumes. The LipoCollector has been designed for easy, fast and effective harvesting of fat volumina up to 1.000 ml. During the liposuction process, the fat gained is continuously being washed, filtered and concentrated. Centrifugation or other time consuming preparations before the fat is being transferred are not necessary.
