Compact Automated Endoscope Reprocessor Steelco EW 1 S MAXI has been developed to fully comply with EN ISO 15883-4 and ISO 14937 incorporating all the latest innovative technologies. This AER can treat 1 flexible endoscope or up to 3 fiber broncho/cystoscope of the major brands available in the market. EW 1 S MAXI can also allow the treatment of rigid endoscopes.

The Steelco US 300 model has been designed to offer an effective and comprehensive reprocessing solution for complex micro surgical instruments. It has been designed to reprocess over 40 hollow instruments in a single process. Steelco Active Flushing Technology, the combined action of ultrasonic and powerful flushing, successfully cleans the instruments used for minimally invasive surgery even in their most intricate shapes. Ported instruments are directly connected through standard luer lock connectors. The connection of non ported instruments is made by the use of injection sleeves with silicone seals. The automatic execution of the standard program includes the following phases: pre-washing, ultrasound washing and active flushing, rinse and thermal disinfection. At the process completion, the instruments will be free from bio-burden inside and out, disinfected and made safe to handle before wrapping and sterilization.

This Ultrasonic Cleaning System combines a stainless steel cleaning tank with industrial style transducers and a powerful ultrasonic generator to provide the strongest tabletop cleaning available. It gives the speed and effectiveness of ultrasonic cleaning power with the convenience of plug-in-anywhere operation. A DIN tray basket support and cover are included in the base unit. It meets CSA and UL requirements. The large capacity of this model assures consistently tested and efficient washing performances reaching, at the same time, increasing reprocessing needs. Critical process parameters such as temperature, ultrasonic power and time are monitored granting the compliance to the international standards and can be recorded.
