Preventive Maintenance Services
Preventive maintenance activities and frequency are based on the guidelines of our research and development department with the goal of always preserving the technological efficiency of the systems and the best economic value. IMS Giotto provides continuous software upgrades and the possibility to be further assisted by specialized technicians and application specialists. Upon conclusion of the maintenance procedure, a check list is released to prove the correct performance of all mechanical and electronical parts.
Remote Technical Support Services
Thanks to fast and efficient operational procedures, our technical support staff always ensures patient and operator safety. After receiving a request, IMS Giotto technicians remotely assist you by phone (and Computer Remote Control where allowed), following a 3 steps procedure: Identification of the system. Opening of the support ticket. Diagnosis of the failure and relay to the appropriate expert technician. If the system’s operational efficiency is restored, the support ticket is closed and a technical report is released. If the problem persists, an on-site assistance procedure is activated.
