Indica Labs’ Multiplex IHC module separates up to five stains simultaneously within any cellular compartment (nucleus, cytoplasm or membrane) and can be used for a variety of IHC applications. This module is ideally suited for applications in immuno-oncology where multiple markers are required to characterize distinct immune and tumor cell populations within the tissue. Each cell is individually measured for cytoplasmic, nuclear, and/or membrane positivity. The software also reports a variety of other statistics relating size and staining intensity metrics.

Indica Labs’ Highplex FL module allows for simultaneous analysis of an unlimited number of fluorescent markers in any cellular compartment – nucleus, cytoplasm, and/or membrane.  With the option to define specific cell phenotypes according to marker positivity, this module is ideally suited for applications in immuno-oncology where multiple markers are required to characterize distinct immune and tumor cell populations within the tissue.  It can be used in conjunction with most fluorescent whole-slide image formats, multispectral floating-point tiff images and whole-slide qptiff images from the Akoya Vectra® 3 and Polaris™ platforms, as well as imagery obtained using novel highplexing and ultra-highplexing technologies from Akoya (CODEX® Platform), Ultivue (UltiMapper and InSituPlex® Technology), Fluidigm (Hyperion™ Imaging System) and IONpath (MIBI™ Platform).

HALO Prostate AI, from Indica Labs, is a CE-IVD certified deep learning based screening tool designed to assist pathologists in the identification and grading of prostate cancer in core needle biopsies. The algorithm automatically analyzes all appropriate case slides and notifies pathologists of cases with suspected findings directly in their native workflow.

HALO AI is a collection of train-by-example classification and segmentation tools underpinned by advanced deep learning neural network algorithms. HALO AI classifiers can be trained to quantify tissue classes, to segment tissue classes for analysis with other HALO image analysis modules, to find rare events or cells in tissues, and to categorize cell populations into specific phenotypes.
