iCall - Model IP-Touch - SIP-Touch Open Standards Room Unit
The iCall IP-Touch room unit with 7” touchscreen makes use for the carer and the resident very intuitive. After logging in, the nursing staff can check off the scheduled tasks from the care plan and enter measurement results, such as weight, temperature, blood pressure, etc. All of the open room calls for the department are shown and the resident can consult additional information, or make telephone calls. Voice communication is carried over the standardised SIP protocol, with the possibility to register every call unit as an extension on a SIP server. The care staff can communicate handsfree with the resident from any telephone unit to know immediately the reason of the room call.
IndigoCare - SIP-Speech Room Terminal Unit
Nursing staff is focused on giving care to the patient or resident. Unfortunately, the average time spent giving care on the job is less than 22% of their working time. After a nurse call, the staff needs to walk to the room in order to understand why the resident or patient called for the nurse. This is time consuming for the staff, and frustrating for the patient since the average time of nurse’s response is above expectations. iCall offers SIP speech room units which allow nurses to use the direct intercom communication right after a room call, so they can find out the reason of the room call immediately and respond in the right way. Patients will be at ease, since they got the confirmation of the call follow-up.
iCall - LocalBus Units for Retrofit
IP room units are connected to the nearest data switch, which leads to huge savings in cabling costs. In addition, any cable topology can be used for the intelligent LocalBus call units: 4 wires of any type will suffice. As a result, iCall can use the same cable pathways as other technical applications; the existing cabling can be reused in more than 97% of renovations. Where necessary, intelligent call units are implemented wirelessly. All intelligent call units are monitored, can be programmed separately, and comply with the VDE.834-1 and 834-2 standards.
IndigoCare - Standard I/O Call Units
With its 501 I/O module programmed as a room controller, a very cost effective system can be deployed using iCall’s standard call units. The I/O module is connected on the LocalBus, so re-use of any 4 wires in retrofit environment is possible. Since the 290 SIP-Touch Nurse Desk offers the LocalBus, up to 50 rooms with I/O module can be connected directly to the Nurse Desk offering the most economic solution available today. Other brands’ call units in normal open or normal closed connection can be re-used.
IndigoCare - Nurse Alert Device
All iCall call units communicate directly with all types of Nurse Desks. Every nurse desk can be programmed to display relevant calls from specific areas, depending on the moment of day and day of the week.
IndigoCare - Messaging System for Nurse Desk
A complete messaging system sends all room and alarm calls to any WiFi, IP-DECT or Smartphone device, depending on the user group per care moment. The Mobile Nurse Desk for Android offers a constant overview of all room call events and offers full control to the nurse. Via the intercom on the SIP room units or the telephones, direct contact can be made with the patient or resident from any wireless telephone in the system.
IndigoCare - Integrated Access Control Device
Throughout any iCall system, Access Control RFiD readers can be installed on the same LocalBus as the intelligent iCall call units. The Veripass software will determine which staff member or residents have acces to each door. Access admittance will be stored in the IP units, for quick response times.
IndigoCare - Device for Acousticall Sound-Based Nurse Call
With its acoustic call unit in LocalBus version, iCall offers call capabilities with automatic call activation when the sound in the room passes a predefined level. Whenever a patient is incapable of making manual nurse calls, the acousticall unit will detect the sound level and sound length.
IndigoCare - Multimedia Pillow Speaker with Reversible Cable
In more than 65% of the cases, the handset is hanging on the lifting pole in front of the patient. Upside down. Harder for the patient to use functionalities as the handset needs to be turned in order to understand its features better. Other ‘nurse call systems’ handsets only have one cable entry at the bottom of its handset.

iCall - IP Unit for Inputs
In combination with iCall, Netrix can provide various input modules across the different buildings on site and external buildings outside the site. For each location an iCall IP unit is provided which controls a LocalBus with up to 50 iCall 501 I/O Stations, each with free programmable inputs and outputs. These can be assigned to a specific type of nurse call or direct input contacts.
