Automatic Amino acid analyzer AAA 500 is a compact device for quantitative determination of amino acids in protein hydrolysates and peptides, free amino acids in physiological liquids and extracts, and the determination of biogenic amines. These characteristics determine AAA 500 for wide use in biochemical research, in research in both human and animal nutrition, in medical diagnostics and in control of pharmaceuticals, food and feed - even in standardized process (e.g. DIN EN ISO 03 139). Special methods and analysis program, using robust and accurate chromatographic methods, provide maximum accuracy and reproducibility of the analysis. In this case the low pressure ion exchange chromatography with post-column derivatization with ninhydrin and photometric detection is used. The analyzer detects a wide range of amino acids, in relation to the methodology - which is always tuned to the needs of the customer by our service technicians.
