INNOTERE - Plotter-Paste-CPC for 3D printing

Based on its innovative cement technology, INNOTERE offers calcium phosphate cement paste for 3D extrusion printing of compact or porous scaffolds with high dimensional accuracy. The final material consists of synthetic calcium phosphates, mainly alpha-tricalcium phosphate and nanocrystalline, calcium deficient hydroxyapatite, which makes the scaffolds ideal substrates for cell culture in the field of bone regeneration. INNOTERE provides services for cement composition modification, including additives, creation of design files, and finally support for medical device related applications.

INNOTERE - Ready-To-Use Bone Cement

INNOTERE Paste-CPC is designed to fill non-infected bone defects after trauma, reconstruction or corrective intervention, in both human and veterinary scenarios. It is the world’s first injectable calcium phosphate based bone cement paste that is provided ready-to-use. The need for an elaborate and time consuming intraoperative preparation, as necessary when using conventional bone cements, is superseded by a novel, patent-protected technology. INNOTERE Paste-CPC is supplied ready to use and can be applied directly from the syringe into the bone defect. INNOTERE Paste-CPC sets only after coming in contact with aqueous liquids and not in the syringe. Thus, the surgeon is under no time restriction during application. INNOTERE Paste-CPC is available for clinical applications in the EU since the beginning of 2015.

INNOTERE - Synthetic, Porous, Biocompatible and Bioresorbable Bone Substitute Material

INNOTERE 3D Scaffold is a synthetic, porous, biocompatible and bioresorbable bone substitute material for use in human and veterinary orthopedic surgery. It can be applied for filling or reconstructing of non-load-bearing bone defects or for filling of bone defects, which are sufficiently stabilized by appropriate means. The exceptional properties of INNOTERE 3D Scaffold result from a new 3D-printing technique using INNOTERE`s innovative calcium phosphate bone cement paste and low temperature processing.

INNOTERE - Custom-Made Device

INNOTERE offers comprehensive services for the manufacturing of patient-specific, apatitic implants to reconstruct or support individual bone defects. Based on the patient’s computed tomography data INNOTERE designs implants according to the requirements of the surgeon and anatomical needs of the defect site. 3D-printing of INNOTERE`s innovative calcium phosphate bone cement paste and low temperature processing enables manufacturing of personalized scaffolds with a high degree of customization and precision. Key properties of the scaffolds like macroporosity, filling structure, anisotropic properties or additional features like holes or notches can be easily adjusted to the customer needs. The main crystal phase of the resulting scaffolds is bone-like, nanocrystalline hydroxyapatite, which is bioresorbable in the course of the natural bone remodeling process.
