The AnteCath is a new bladder draining device,  to replace clean intermittent self-catheterization (CISC) or indwelling catheterization (IC), allowing the neurogenic or obstructive chronic urinary retention patients complete control of their urinary drainage. The AnteCath is an external magnet activated stent-like device for enabling male patients, with neurogenic or obstructive urinary retention to avoid the 4-7 daily self-catheterizations, by one insertion every few weeks or months for draining their bladders in an almost physiologic manner.

Innoventions developed a proprietary structural design for repelling biofilm formation on medical and non-medical devices. This concept, when applied to form a Foley like catheter, the BRUC, all surfaces of the catheter (including its lumen and the balloon) elute a material to prevent or significantly delay build-up of crystalline and bacterial biofilm.

Innoventions developed a wearable device for reinforcing the Pelvic Floor Muscles after childbirth by accelerating muscle tissue regeneration. Our observational real life study and tissue culture studies proved the effectiveness of the effect of our stimulation technology in the organization and acceleration of muscle tissue cells.

The use of synthetic suburethral/midurethral slings is an accepted procedure for the treatment of Stress Urinary Incontinence. Innoventions developed a revolutionary Removable Sling design that in case of need allows readjustment and also its easy removal even months or years after its implantation.

The Sweeper-U is an anti-retropulsion Device  for  Stone Particles Filtration and Entrapment  during pneumatic and laser ureterolithotripsy and Percutaneous Nephrolithotripsy.

The ContiSphere is a device for sealing the bladder outlet with an intravesical balloon-shaped floating element, commanded by an external magnet. It is a single-use system for simple insertion and retrieval of the temporary, inflatable/deflatable proprietary intravesical balloon shaped device. It is a unique product concept by being entirely intravesical. It does not maintain any connection outside the body after its insertion into the bladder. The ContiSphere was successfully studied in patients (86.3% success rates),  proving  its simple, effective and safe operation.

A totally intra-vesical Urodynamic Holter System based on a “Lab-on-a-Chip” loaded on Innoventions proprietary intra-vesical balloon technology. The device is intended to stay in the bladder for 24-48 hours and take pre-programmed periodic measurements of bladder volume, intravesical pressure etc. in a completely physiological environment. In addition, periodic measurements of pH, intravesical temperatures and urine chemistry (which are not measured with current urodynamic examinations) and their effect to the bladder activity will be observed.

The PharmaSphere is an intra-cavitary device for delivering  drugs in a sustained manner into the target organ. The PharmaSphere is a floating intravesical device loaded with the indicated drug that may stay in the bladder from 1 to 12 weeks or even more, according the indication and the pre-determined length of the treatment period. Since the majority of the patients suffering from OAB, IC/PBS and chronic bladder infections are female, first the elements for inserting and retrieving the PharmaSphere device from the bladder in female patients have been developed and even studied in animals and tried for the insertion and retrieval of another device for urine incontinence (somehow similar)  developed by Innoventions in human subjects.

Innoventions is developing an efficient and cost effective method and device for applying electrical stimulation to the bladder in a non-surgical, minimally invasive and a reversible manner. The DynaSphere is a small floating balloon containing several electrodes connected to a receiver  in the balloon. The device will be inserted to the bladder in a non-surgical procedure as inserting a catheter. The intravesical receiver will be activated by a remote control for electro-stimulating the detrusor.

Natural compounds based intra-vaginal device for preventing frequently recurring Candida, Trichomonas, Chlamidia and Bacterial vaginal infections. A remarkable number of natural compounds have strong anti-candida, anti-trichomonas, anti-chlamidia andti-bacterial effects.  Encouraging  proof of concept studies indicate the ability of this approach (based on certain natural compounds) in such vaginal infections.
