Multiplex ALL-1 probe is a multicolored chromosome mix which consists of six chromosomes labeled with a predominant color scheme. Telomeres and pericentromeric regions on each chromosome are labeled with spectrally distinct fluorochrome. The mix is viewed three chromosomes at a time using dual filters. This design detects all numerical and structural abnormalities related to B- and T-cell Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia (ALL).

The acrocentric probe mix contains chromosomes 13, 14, 15, 21, and 22 with distinct pericentromeric signals. The acrocentric probe mix was designed to detect both balanced and unbalanced Robertsonian translocations. A positive for the rearrangement appears as a fusion or near fusion of signals.

High Resolution Chromosome 1 probe is a multicolored chromosome mix which detects all numerical abnormalities and most balanced and unbalanced structural aberrations, including characterization of “add” and “marker” chromosomes. The labeled targets are equidistantly assigned down the length of chromosome 1.

Standard Resolution Chromosome 1 probe mix is a tricolor probe which detects deletions, duplications, and rearrangements. The green probe hybridizes to 1p36, the gold probe hybridizes to 1q12, and the red probe hybridizes to 1q44. The probes range in size from 170 to 470 kb.
