Cost-effective solutions for discovering rare clonotypes. iRepertoire’s RepSeq service (formerly AMP2Seq) utilizes our patented arm-PCR technology, which uses hundreds of VDJ-specific primers in one reaction to semi-quantitatively and inclusively amplify all of the expressed V(D)Js in B or T cells from a single sample. RepSeq is our most cost-efficient solution to gain insight into the expressed immune repertoire for your chain(s) of choice. Because only one chain is amplified per reaction, CDR3 discovery is not affected by the relative chain frequency. However, as long as enough starting material is supplied, multiple chains can be amplified from the same RNA sample.

High-precision analysis for confident results and deep insights. iRepertoire’s RepSeq+ service utilizes our dam-PCR technology, which allows for any combination of TCR and BCR chains (TCR-alpha, TCR-beta, TCR-delta, TCR-gamma, BCR-IgHeavy, and BCR-kappa/lambda) to be amplified within a single reaction. Multichain analysis in one single reaction mix is beneficial in that it saves rare and/or precious samples by using less RNA than traditional methods. Dam-PCR also allows for the detection of unique mRNA transcripts, which provides reduced bias, better error removal, and more precise data on clonotype frequency.

In addition to our primer kits and full-service packages, we offer individualized and flexible sequencing services through Illumina® platforms. Save your valuable research funds by using our sequencing service, which fits your project to the appropriate sequencing depth. This allows for the loading of more samples at a fixed price, which reduces the per library sequencing expenses.
