Vesicoureteral reflux (VUR) is the retrograde passage of urine from the bladder into the upper urinary tract. It is the most common urological diagnosis in children, occuring in approximately 1 % of newborns and as high as 30 to 45% in children with UTI. Additionally, there is a high association between VUR, UTI, hypertension and renal damage.

The cross-linked hyaluronic acid (Hylan gel) primarily functions as a means of transportation for the dextranomer microparticles which stimulate the connective tissue at the place of injection.

Sensovisc is sterile, biodegradable, viscoelastic and non-pyrogenic solution of purified high molecular weight sodium hyaluronate (2.1-2.4 million daltons) in phosphate buffered saline.

SENSOFLUSH is specifically designed for the flushing of in-situ vascular access devices in order to maintain patency and reduce the risk of contamination. It is sterile, single use pre-filled syringes, ready to use, available in 3 ml, 5 ml and 10 ml of 0,9% Sodium Chloride (NaCl) Solution in 10 ml syringes and 20 ml of 0,9% Sodium Chloride Solution in 20 ml syringes. The syringe is made of polypropylene and it has luer lock. There is sterile, preservative-free and non-pyrogenic isotonic solution in the syringe. Latex free. Indications: Device is suitable for flushing peripheral and central in-situ vascular access devices. It is not for direct intravenous injection. Thus, it facilitates the removal of devitalized tissue. It absorbes exudates in lightly-exuding wounds.

Hyacyst 120 PFS is as effective as combination GAG layer therapy (iAIuRil®)1 in a convenient syringe. Higher concentration option when increased replenishment of the GAG layer is required.
