It contains the enzymes xylanases, cellulases, hemicellulases, beta glucosidase, alpha galactosidases, phytases and proteases. It improves the digestion of oligosaccharides like stachiose, millibiose, raffinose etc, and anti nutritional factors like NSPs, limit dexrins, phytic acid, fibers
